02 What does after-hours emergency service cost?

Flat dispatch $175 + $150/hr on-site (8pm-6am). Weekend daytime is cheaper. All rates disclosed before we dispatch, no hidden fees.

03 How fast can you get here?

We answer the phone live and confirm dispatch within 22 minutes average for Monument and Palmer Lake (35-45 min for Colorado Springs and Larkspur). Actual drive time depends on time of day, weather, and your specific address - we text you a real ETA the moment we're en route.

04 Do you bring parts?

Yes. Our trucks carry common breakers, outlets, switches and wire for same-visit repairs. Bigger jobs we contain and schedule.

05 Should I shut off my main breaker while I wait?

If you smell burning or see damage, yes - shut off your main. Otherwise tell us on the call and we'll advise based on what you describe. For life-safety situations (fire, smoke), call 911 first.
